Taxi arrived on time. We asked for a car able to carry 3 large suitcases, but the car sent was only able to put two in the boot, 1 on the back seat with hand luggage. Which meant the two passengers in the back were very uncomfortable for the journey.

Normally a great service this morning how ever driver took my 14 year old daughter a different way told her roads were closed than demanded more money off her when she said she only had enough to get to we’re he was supposed to take her left her out in the rain which has resulted in her missing her school bus my partner went and checked her normal route and found no roads were actually closed

Lovely members of staff.. told me all I needed to know.. while I needed the van I had to fill up with AD blue,, they was happy to refund me , would definitely recommend the guys at Rochdale branch

The service was always good,but now you book a taxi for a specific time it never gets there on time,as I write this review 15mins after the time I booked it for still waiting. Update,you would think the was an improvement after the 1st review because someone responded to my review,Fat chance,why call a taxi to pick you up and it never turns up,you get the dispatched text and arrival text but no taxi is there,not going to waste my time using your company anymore as your service has got worse. Update you asked me to email you the job before and nothing has changed, the pick up point was unit M1 Doodle products Heywood Dist.PK.

Excellent service. Prompt, good price, nice clean cars and professional friendly helpful drivers. I have used the service for both local and outward journeys and would definitely recommend car 2000.

Money has been taken out of my bank account 5 minutes after paying drivers. All on sum it. One took money on a day I was not in the country. Explain that one

Really impressed with 2 drivers today Ameen was our driver this morning what a lovely gentleman, very friendly and chatty A lovely young driver this evening same very friendly and chatty Both these gentleman have fantastic customer service You need more drivers like these 2 they both did jobs going to and coming back from the Christies Hosptital
